CZS Heidelberg Initiative for Model-Based AI

The CZS Heidelberg Initiative for Model-Based AI was founded at Heidelberg University to combine mathematical modeling methods with information processing in neural networks. The Carl Zeiss Foundation (CZS) is funding the project “Model-Based AI: Physical Models and Deep Learning for Imaging and Cancer Treatment” under the program “CZS Durchbrüche”.
